Office Administrator/Bookkeeper

About Us:
Accurate Drywall & Construction Ltd. is a drywall company providing services for both commercial and residential sites.

Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Office Manager to learn and assist with day-to-day activities, including:

  • Reconciliation of Visas and bank reconciliations
  • Data entry
  • Answering phones
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Payroll

Must Have:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks Desktop

Note:
MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION, as there are no buses that come to the office.
